How long does an appraisal take?
In most cases, between 5 and 10 business days after the site visit, depending on the type of process.
How long is an appraisal valid?
The official validity period is 6 months from the date it's issued.
What documents do I need for my appraisal?
Official ID, the property deed or title, and an up-to-date property tax receipt. Depending on the process (Infonavit, bank, cadastral) we may request an additional document.
Do you handle cadastral appraisals?
Yes. Cadastral appraisals are filed with the State Land Registry, mainly to update a property's value and its property-tax basis.
